These Terms of Use describe the basic expectations for using Mutual Match, an independent platform for discovering potential reciprocal mutual-transfer matches. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in line with these terms.
Independent and informational service
Mutual Match is not a government app and is not affiliated with any government department, education authority, HRMS, TTMS, or official transfer authority. Potential matches are informational only. Mutual Match does not guarantee a transfer, a match, eligibility, approval, or any particular outcome. Official rules, systems, and decisions remain authoritative.
Accurate information
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and reasonably current. Do not misrepresent your identity, posting, service details, transfer preferences, or authority to act for another person.
Respectful and acceptable use
You must not use Mutual Match to impersonate someone, commit fraud, harass or threaten another user, publish unlawful or abusive material, collect information for an unrelated purpose, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass privacy or safety controls.
Privacy and contact exchange
Respect another teacher's privacy and consent. Do not publish or share a person's phone number or other personal details without permission. Contact details are intended to be exchanged only after mutual agreement in the app. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the service useful and available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control. We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service as it develops.
Safety and removal
We may restrict, suspend, or remove access or content when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, safety concerns, legal requirements, or serious violations of these terms.
Careful use and limitations
You decide whether to contact another user or pursue a transfer. Check information independently and use official systems for official decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mutual Match is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing here is intended to exclude protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms where applicable.
